North Carolina’s CDBG-DR action and what you can do
North Carolina has published their CDBG-DR Action Plan and is accepting public comments from now until March 20, 2025. Learn about the role of CDBG-DR in disaster recovery and the State’s Action Plan from the National Low Income Housing Coalition and the NC Budget & Tax Center. You should be able to leave here with enough information to submit public comments on the plan so that you and your community can influence how the $1.4 billion in CDBG-DR funds get used in our State.

Please keep in mind that comments are (likely) due by Thursday, March 20. We recommend getting your comments in by the end of the day Monday, March 17, to avoid any issues or possibly delays.
